Awards for the promotion of solar energy

Every year, Encuentro Solar honours people and organizations that have done outstanding work to promote solar energy with an award: the SOLyPAZ Prize.

SOLyPAZ prizes reward solidarity work, personal work, collective work, educational work, bussiness work, work in promoting solar cooking, and work in good solar practice.

With these prizes, the organization of Encuentro Solar highlights the most excellent projects in the field of action in support of solar economy.

The jury is made up of people with a long career in support of solar energy. In this case, it is made up of: Mrs Estefanía Caamaño from Instituto de Energía Solar, Mr José Luis García from Greenpeace, Mrs Marta García from Geohabitat, Mr Raimundo González from Censolar and Mr Jordi Miralles from Terra Foundation.
