Cooking with Sun

Encuentro Solar wants to be a place of relationship and coexistence between people interested in renewable energies. The lunch of Saturday 22nd is included in the registration fee and the organization of Encuentro Solar will prepare a paella cooked with firewood (concentrated energy solar) and a salad, everything being done with ingredients from ecological agriculture. Desserts will be cakes prepared with the solar parabolic K14 and cooked according to recipes of one of the world's most outstanding solar cooks, Mrs Imma Seifert.
